DAY OF COORDINATION


Starting at $1215 for 2024 | $1258 for 2025

  • Includes twelve (12) hours of support and assistance on the day of your event**
  • One (1) 30 minute meeting with Coordinator within 30 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 30 minute meeting with Coordinator 30-45 days from the wedding date
  • One (1) final 30 minute touch base meeting the week of the wedding
  • Assistance and guidance with creating your wedding day timeline/itinerary
  • Distribution of itinerary to all creative partners/vendors and key stakeholders
  • Confirmation of vendors contracted by you in advance prior to the date of your event
  • Serve as point person and provide management to all creative partners throughout the day of your wedding event
  • Supervise & assist with all set-up​ and tear down for the event
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors (provided by the Clients)
  • Unlimited access to Curator/Coordinator via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns leading up to the event

LITTLE BEAR PACKAGE

PARTIAL PLANNING & COORDINATION

Starting at $1679 for 2024 | $1697 for 2025

  • Up to thirteen (13) hours day of assistance and support on the day of your event *
  • Up to five (5) hours of support and assistance during the planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within the first 30 days after contract is signed
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting 30-45 days prior to the wedding date
  • One (1) final 30 minute touch base meeting the week of the wedding
  • Unlimited access to Planner via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns
  • Review of your creative partner/vendor contracts
  • Creation and implementation of your wedding day timeline/itinerary
  • Distribution of your itinerary to all creative partners/vendors and key stakeholders
  • Confirmation of vendors contracted by you in advance prior to the date of your event
  • Serve as point person and manage all creative partners throughout the day of your event
  • Supervise & assist with all set up and tear down for your event
  • Confirmation of your dance and entertainment schedule
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors (provided by the you)
  • Guidance with etiquette & general wedding matters

MAMA BEAR PACKAGE

  • Up to fourteen (14) hours of day of assistance and support on the day of your event**
  • Up to ten (10) hours of assistance and support during the planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute budget development and priority review meeting within 14 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within 30 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within 60 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within quarter 2 of planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within quarter 3 of planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within 30-45 days prior to the wedding date
  • One (1) 30 minute final touch base meeting during the week of the wedding date
  • Unlimited access to Curator/Coordinator via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns
  • Assistance in the development and management of your budget, including outlining your event priorities
  • Guidance during the creative partner/vendor selection process, including recommendations and referrals
  • Review of all creative partner/vendor contracts
  • Coordination of your wedding rehearsal (1 hour)*

PAPA BEAR PACKAGE

FULL SCALE CURATION, PLANNING & COORDINATION

Starting at $3468 for 2024 | $3590 for 2025

  • Up to sixteen (16) hours of day of assistance and support on the day of your event**
  • Up to sixteen (16) hours of support and assistance during the planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute budget development and allocation meeting within 14 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 60 minute vendor selection and review meeting within 30 days after signing the Agreement
  • One (1) 60 design proposal review and edit meeting within 60 days after signing the Agreement
  • Two (2) 60 minute quarterly touch base meetings during the 2nd quarter of the planning process
  • Two (2) 60 minute quarterly touch base meetings during the 3rd quarter of the planning process
  • One (1) 60 minute meeting within 30-45 days from the wedding event
  • One (1) 30 minute limited access to Curator via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns
  • Full scale design and development of your wedding brand, including visual elements, color palette, typeface, decor, and more
  • Development of a cohesive design and brand proposal for your review and consideration with the opportunity for revisions
  • Assistance in the development and management of your budget, including outlining your event priorities
  • Assistance with payment reminders for all creative partners/vendors leading up to your event
  • Management of the creative partner/vendor selection process, including vetting vendors, confirm availability and provide recommendations/referrals
  • Assistance with the development of Client food and beverage menu
  • Assistance with selection of gifts for wedding party or out of town guests. (i.e. ordering & delivering)
  • Manage the RFP process for wedding day hotel room block(s) and sign agreements on behalf of the Clients
  • Review of your creative partner/vendor contracts

GOLDILOCKS PACKAGE

HOURLY À LA CARTE

The GOLDILOCKS package gives you the flexibility to pick and choose what you would like assistance and support with. This package is a la carte and is billed by the hour. Billable hours are broken down into six (6) minute increments. So, if a particular project takes less than an hour, you only pay for the time worked. Hourly rate is $85.00 per hour or $8.50 per 6 minutes.

Officiant Services - Starting at $425 for 2024 | $440 for 2025

The wedding ceremony truly is the most important part of your wedding day. After all, it is the sole reason for having the celebration afterward. OSO IN LOVE offers wedding ceremony and officiant services in addition to our wedding curator packages. Our owner is ordained has officiated many weddings over the last twelve (12) years. When you book officiant services with OSO IN LOVE, here is what is included:


  • A discovery meeting with the officiant to discuss your ceremony, values, and priorities for the service
  • Writing and crafting the perfect wedding ceremony for you and your guests including selection of readings, poems, music selections, etc.
  • Rehearsal of the ceremony within 48 hours of your wedding day
  • Officiating the wedding ceremony and coordinating the signing of the marriage license
  • Submission of the marriage license paperwork following the wedding


Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination - $150*

If the package that you select does not include coordination of your wedding rehearsal, you can add this service to your package. OSO IN LOVE will provide guidance and facilitate your wedding rehearsal, including a full run through of the ceremony from the processional through the recessional.

Wedding Design & Branding Services - $350


OSO IN LOVE offers couples the option of design and branding of their wedding event. This includes review of your Pinterest board and other materials. Key themes will be developed into a cohesive concept with elements that work together to create a memorable experience for your guests. A design proposal is presented to the couple including color palette, typeface recommendations, decor options and other elements.



Graphic Design Services - $35 per hour


OSO IN LOVE offers couples the option of design and printing of wedding invitations, save the date postcards, wedding programs, name cards, menus, welcome signage, seating assignment charts and more. Couples can choose between a cost effective print option, or an exclusive OSO IN LOVE rate on custom prints through the retail vendor LESLIE. Ask for additional examples of past work. Design work is billed by the hour at a rate of $35.00 per hour.













Wedding Ceremony Music - Starting at $100


Are you in need of musical selections for your wedding ceremony and want something more than just pre-recorded music? Our owner, Rob Anderson is an award winning trained singer with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance that has been singing for over 45 years. Whether you are looking for sacred songs like "Ave Maria" and the "Lord's Prayer," or your favorite love song, Rob can sing it all!


Linen Rental Services


OSO IN LOVE is pleased to provide linen rental services to clients planning weddings and events. Linens are shipped nationwide directly from the supplier and are shipped back to the supplier following the event. Rental rates are competitive with other Madison area rental companies and come in a wide array of fabric and color options.



Decor Rental Services


OSO IN LOVE is pleased to provide couples the opportunity to rent decor elements from our inventory of goods. Items include back drop frames, charger plates, votive candle holders, candlestick holders, open chimney hurricanes, table number frames, large format signage frames, and more.


Music + DJ + Entertainment Services - Starting at $1200


With our partner, papa bear productions we can provide you with

music services for any or all parts of your special day. Whether it is

prerecorded instrumental or vocal selections for your wedding

ceremony, smooth jazz or selections appropriate for your cocktail

reception and dinner, or high energy music and family favorites for

your dance, papa bear productions can do it all.
